Submissions are free to send. Publication fees apply only after acceptance. Every accepted author receives a certificate of publication.

Initial review feedback is generally provided within 3–5 days. Further review and revisions may take longer. Publication follows acceptance, required revisions, payment and final editorial checks. We share the expected publication date by email.

Who can submit a paper?
Students, graduates, advocates, legal practitioners, academics and research scholars are welcome to submit original work in law and social sciences.
Is an abstract compulsory?
No. The abstract is optional. If you include one, keep it within 250 words and briefly summarise the paper’s purpose, approach and main findings or conclusions.
When do I pay the publication fee?
Only after your paper is accepted. No payment is required when you send your manuscript. Publication follows the required revisions, payment and final editorial checks.

Published research is freely accessible. Visit the journal archives to browse earlier volumes and issues.
