Method of Review
The International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Sciences [ISSN: 2584-1513 (Online)] employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to maintain the highest standards of impartiality and objectivity in the evaluation of submissions. During this process, the identity of the author(s) is strictly kept undisclosed to the reviewers to eliminate any potential for bias.
Selection Process
Our journal accepts a wide range of original writings, research articles, and essays for publication. Submissions undergo a comprehensive assessment to ensure they meet our stringent criteria, including plagiarism checks, verification of grammatical accuracy, and adherence to manuscript guidelines.
Peer Review Evaluation
Once a submission successfully passes the initial screening, it proceeds to evaluation by members of our esteemed editorial board or expert peer reviewers. These reviewers provide a detailed report on the submission’s suitability for publication, which can result in one of the following outcomes:
- Acceptance of the Submission as Is: If the submission is deemed suitable for publication without modifications, the author(s) are promptly notified via email of its acceptance.
- Acceptance with Modification: Should the reviewers recommend specific improvements or modifications, the author(s) will receive their feedback along with the suggested changes. In such cases, the author(s) are expected to incorporate the suggested modifications and resubmit the revised manuscript.
- Rejection of Submission: In cases where the submission does not meet the required standards or align with the journal’s focus, it may be regrettably rejected. The author(s) will be notified of the rejection, but the identities of the reviewers will remain confidential to maintain the integrity of the review process.
Our commitment to a transparent and impartial review process ensures that all published content in the International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Sciences maintains the highest scholarly quality and credibility. We appreciate the valuable contributions of authors and reviewers in upholding these standards.
