Frequency of Publication
The International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Sciences [ISSN: 2584-1513 (Online)] is committed to providing a platform for the dissemination of scholarly work. To achieve this, we publish six issues annually. We release a “Call for Papers” to notify authors of upcoming opportunities to contribute to our journal.
Copyright
Upon acceptance for publication, authors are required to complete the payment for publication fees. Subsequently, upon the publication of an article in the International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Sciences (Any Volume), the copyright for that article is automatically transferred to the International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Sciences. No additional forms or documents are necessary for copyright transfer.
This transfer is made in accordance with a Creative Commons license, as detailed in our Open Access Policy. Authors, however, retain moral rights to their work and must adhere to the Creative Commons license specified in our Open Access Policy.
Authors are strictly prohibited from republishing the exact same content elsewhere.
Withdrawal of Submission
We understand that circumstances may arise where authors need to withdraw a submitted manuscript. To initiate the withdrawal process, authors must inform the editorial board via email within 12 hours of completion of their payment. The journal welcomes such requests and does not object to them.
Please note that any charges paid for publication will not be refunded after the initial 12 hours have lapsed.
